I had a previous review about Scentsevent removed for not following Trustpilot rules, so I’ll make this quick. Just don’t purchase from Scentsevent; they don’t offer authentic fragrances (I even had mine tested in a lab!).

You can claim they’re real, but I know they’re not. I requested Scentsevent to provide a picture with my name on a piece of paper next to the perfume you say you decanted; still waiting for any proof that you actually have the real deal. The decant I received was fake, and you’ve stopped replying to my emails.

Here's the deal with Creed fragrances... I've been using Creed Aventus and Pure White since they first hit the shelves in 2010 and 2011, respectively. I've bought from decanters, the Creed boutique, and Nordstrom without any problems. I got Aventus from Scentsevent and Scentbird. Let me tell ya, Scentbird is the real deal, but Scentsevent? It's watered down with rubbing alcohol—you can actually smell it in the scent. They do the same shady stuff with Pure White too. Why, you might wonder? To squeeze more cash outta the fragrance. STAY AWAY from these crooks. They’re deceivers and take advantage of folks who aren’t as familiar with Creed as I am, having worn it for over a decade. They WILL refund my money. I'm also reporting them to the Creed boutique in NYC and the Office of Inspector General for fraud and theft by deception. Sure, they claim to sell authentic Creed, but it’s heavily diluted with rubbing alcohol. I noticed Scentsevent has responded, but I've also bought Aventus and Pure White from Scentbox and other places that smell GENUINE. Scentsevent.com might be authentic, but it’s altered and diluted. There are way better decanters out there—Surrender to Chance, Scentbox, all legit and reliable. Unlike Scentsevent.

Lovely scents and quick shipping. Everything was packed well with no leaks. I'm really happy with all the items I got, top-notch quality. I'll surely be ordering from them again.

I got both my fragrances right on schedule and they were packed up nicely. It was super easy to find what I needed and place my order. Overall, fantastic service!

This cologne is a solid pick for my collection. I really enjoy putting on cologne. It has good longevity. Plus, the delivery was quite speedy.

However, the packing materials looked like they were taken from USPS, and the label didn’t even mention the fragrance brand.

The performance and scent of the Scentsevent decant are nothing like the real deal. I’m pretty sure it’s a knockoff.

In the reviews, Scentsevent says they’ll sort things out if you reach out to them. But when I tried to voice my concerns, they totally ghosted me, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Now, on Trustpilot, they’re claiming they have no record of my order, which is just plain false.

All in all, a really disappointing experience.

I ordered a couple of samples/decants [Frederic Malle The Moon 10ml - Roja Parfums Diaghilev 5ml] from ScentsEvent at a fantastic price. There was a hiccup with the shipping at first, but their customer service got in touch and assured me they would handle things with USPS directly. If they couldn't sort it out, they promised to send out another shipment right away. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and the packages arrived today, super securely wrapped in high-quality glass vials with excellent sprayers. I really appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to their word. I highly recommend them for all your fragrance needs!

I made a few purchases from them, thinking they were a legit business. Turns out, they ain't. I really should've done my homework. They've even 'sponsored' some reviewers on YouTube to look credible. I'm just now piecing all this together.

I’m no rookie when it comes to fragrances. I’ve got a bunch of bottles from actual stores like Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Ulta, just to name a few. When I cracked open some items from my orders with Scentsevent, like Layton, Naxos, and Tuxedo, it was clear as day they were fakes. They reeked of alcohol and didn’t smell anything like the real deal.

Scentsevent is a scam, and I really hope others who’ve been tricked will come forward to help take down this shady operation. Companies like Amazon Pay and other payment processors shouldn’t be backing these kinds of businesses. Don’t trust the glowing reviews you see for them; they’re all phony.

Once they’ve scammed you and you catch on, they’ll throw you a partial refund just to cover their tracks. They say it’s for restocking and return shipping. So, they’re profiting off unsuspecting folks through the sale price and those half-hearted refunds.

Steer clear of them. You’ve been warned!!!

Watch out, shoppers! Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews. This business is a scam. I purchased a large decant of Armani Prive Encens Satin, a scent that’s no longer available, and I still have my own bottle to compare. What I got was akin to diluted insect repellent, not even close to the real Encens Satin. I’m with the other dissatisfied customers - AVOID THIS PLACE!

I bought a sample, and it was clearly diluted. The color was all wrong too. Just skip these folks.

Awful experience!! This seller did NOT provide a GENUINE scent! I can't tell if it was diluted, but it was for sure NOT the real deal! WATCH OUT!! Notice how there are zero negative reviews on their website!! Even KKW allows you to post your thoughts, whether they're positive or not! Over the last year, I grabbed a few samples from this place. Three scents that I know well and have used before. They are NOTHING like the originals!!! Do yourself a favor and spend your cash somewhere else! Shame on you!!!!

This company definitely inflates their ratings. If you check the pattern, the positive reviews really start rolling in after a bunch of honest negative ones.

It’s a straightforward tactic. The business has to flag reviews for removal, so they just whip up a ton of glowing ones, leave them up, and do everything they can to get rid of the bad feedback. They recently attempted to take down my review, claiming it was meant for another company. They’re just full of nonsense.

Watch out folks, these scents are not the real deal!!

Nope, I ordered from you and I’m sharing my real experience. I wouldn’t have come back if you hadn’t tried to erase my review about my dealings with your company. That’s what this platform is for—honest feedback about my interactions with you, whether you like it or not. So stop the lies and quit trying to delete my review by throwing around nonsense like I’m reviewing the wrong place or that I haven’t bought from you. Sure, you gave me a refund for the counterfeit items you sold, but my experience with you, past and present, is still accurate, no matter how negative it might be.

I’m really into everything from scentsevent! I’ve made over 3 separate orders with around 15 unique samples, and they were all genuine. The shipping was super quick, and everything arrived nicely packed! I totally recommend scentsevent without a doubt!

I got a 10ml sample of Louis Vuitton's Metéore perfume from scentevent. When it arrived, I could tell right away that the color and scent were way off (I already had an authentic bottle from the brand). I contacted scentsevent about this issue, but they ghosted me after I requested a refund. $39 for 10mLs of a bad imitation fragrance? Not cool.
